Completing this form you acknowledge that participation in this regatta is entirely at competitors own risk and no responsibility for damage, injury or loss from participating in this regatta will rest with the Organizing or National Authorities, Organizing Committee, the Class Associations, the host Club, or any person or agent of these bodies.
Personal Data and Media Rights
In participating in this event any competitor automatically authorize the use of his / her personal data and grants to the Organizing Authority and the sponsors of the event the right in perpetuity, to make, use and show, from time to time and at their discretion, any motion pictures and live, taped or film television and other reproductions of him / her during the period of the competition for this event in which the competitor participates and in all material related to the said event without compensation .
Meals
Saturday evenings meal is included in the entry fee please select your preference below.
Additionally we will also be offering other meals but these are not included in the entry fee,
We will be having a BBQ on the Friday evening for those arriving then please let us know via email if you think that you will be able to join us so we have an idea on numbers.
There will be breakfast served in the clubhouse on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Friends and Family are welcome to join the Saturday Night Meal please apply for tickets to this separately, Also if there are any dieatary requirements please let us know, Via email to the secretary.
