Bank Holiday Fun for Cadets

Over the August bank holiday weekend the club invited Cadets to come and try sailing at Clacton Sailing Club. We had two days of great weather to get 21 cadets onto the water for a taster session, swapping various boat types. This was for many an opportunity to experience sailing a fast catamaran or skiff boat for the first time. Then on Sunday the more experienced sailors enjoyed 3 single lap races in an offshore breeze with calm waters whilst other continued to try sailing on a Dart or Hurricane.
